Regarding cost of healthcare. Having lived in Germany, Britain and born and lived in The Netherlands, all countries with excellent healthcare and healthcare outcomes, why not taking a lesson from those countries. They all have lower healthcare cost. Or is this a case of America knows it better. Secondly, even Cuba has a better healthcare outcome.

Excellent article and yes the horror story stayed with me and probably for another week. However, such stories are part of the reality and we may as well hear/read it.
