Here are some applicable solutions to reinstall Microsoft Store or get back Microsoft store app on Windows 10.

Use Windows Store Troubleshooter

First, run the official Store app troubleshooter and let Windows to fix the problem. If you don’t have the Windows Store App Troubleshooter then click here to download it. Then Run the Troubleshooter by double-clicking the downloaded file.

Click on the Advanced option and make sure the Checkmark is present on the “Apply Repair Automatically” option. Just follow the instructions and let the Troubleshooter do its job. After that Restart the PC and then try to open Windows Store. Check its working properly

Reset Windows Store Cache

Press Windows Key + R then type “wsreset.exe” and hit enter. Let the command run which will reset your Windows Store cache. When this is done restart your PC to save changes. See if you’re able to Fix the Windows Store missing in Windows 10, if not then continue.

Re-Register Windows Store

In the Windows search type Powershell then right-click on Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator. Now type the following in the Powershell and hit enter:
