Mini habit or Start small

I always want to stick to some good habits, be it excercise daily or meditate or learn new language…But I have never changed my approach. Always go in all or nothing. Going Cold turkey is never a good way to stick to a new habit since it will always feel so overwhelming. Too much discomfort could stop you from keeping the new habits. It seems like too much hard work.

But I am impatient. I want big result. I want it now. But the truth is I never ever get it.

So better go slow than never arrive.

I need to practice patience and persistence.

My ADHD really can kick my bum now. I need to move on rather than just sit here talking.
