Hi Scott .. just read your story and want to say I am sorry. All of our experiences are very different. I went through a life changing experience five years ago and in my mind on the same level as yours… to me bigger.

What I learned soon after ( wish it was sooner) was that this was not going away ever in my lifetime and not knowing when my life would end (I’m still going) I decided to start living my life (on a certain day) during every day of my treatment and life.

Oh I sat and complained, regretted blah blah blah etc but it was time to start enjoying every day and grateful for every moment.

I no longer go thru the daily motions as I did before my event. My daughter is 24, I am now with my soul mate.. after two divorces .. lol… life !

My point is maybe you will live only 60 more days (or years) but please be aware of each day that comes your way. Sure treatment will be hard as hell but this is all part of your life book.

My life changing event like yours changed my life and it was the best thing that could have ever happened to me and zero regrets. I tend to feel sorry for those who have not gone thru what you are going thru and I have been thru ..

Now we can stop going thru the motions of life and start living… it’s very powerful.

From here you choose how to move forward …

Best of luck !

Keith
