Scoop: I’m going straight to the point on this one. Pass.

Well, if you are not a wine drinker and worry red wine may be too strong for you, give this a try. It’s very light for Cab Sauv, slightly lower in alcohol than you would expect, and it comes across pretty thin. It’s aroma is okay and has decent color, but coming up on California Cabs, this one doesn’t get into my “you should buy” list. This is one you buy and give as a gift for someone you don’t really care that much about and just wanted to get something. Like an office Christmas party.

I have to step back and say though, that for under 10 bucks, how much can you complain, but again, we’ve tasted many wines at this price range that are outstanding.
