Bejewelled petals,
Greet the Springtime air,
Their fragrance light and sweet,
And in the hours of the eve,
Their laughter eases grief,
For youth bestows a lasting gift,
That Springtime ever gives,
The day at birth reminds us all,
Why memories exist.
