Three days in Goan heaven for the customer success team
It was a long weekend 24th-26th June 2017 and planning for the Goa trip had begun a month ago. It was GOA and this level of excitement was mandatory. We were a group of 17 people and hence, even a week before the trip the office was filled with enthusiastic conversations about it. How are we going to reach to the airport? What places we will be going to? What cuisine will we eat? These were some of the discussions that people would spend their time on.
Day 1:
It was Saturday, the day to leave for the airport. The WhatsApp group created for the trip was filled with messages. The flight to Goa was really short however, the journey from the airport to the hotel was dreadful (Thanks to the slow tempo traveler!!!).
Everybody was super hungry so we crashed into a restaurant just a few steps away from our hotel. The food was good but the service was super slow. This remained the story throughout our Goa trip.
Later in the evening, after everyone was well rested, we were all set to head to our next destination Baga Beach. It was all about good food, chilled beer and super awesome monsoon breeze.
Day 2:
Some were up early and were chilling at the pool while some lazy ones spent some more time in bed. Then the planning for the day began at the breakfast table and we booked a scorpio and a thar (swag level 1000) and some scooties.
The scooty gang was determined to check as many places as possible. While the car gang was at a mission to find a peaceful place to chill at.
Then we all united and it was a nice and calm time at the beach.
Day 3:
It was the day to leave for the airport. The shopping mania for buying goodies and cashew was on. Finally, in the afternoon we were all set to say our goodbye to Goa. And then we lived happily ever after :P
