It is apparent that not all people are alike. For some people, eliminating grains, seed oils, sugar and starchy vegetables reduces inflammation, reverses type 2 diabetes, reduces autoimmune disorders all of which are caused by high blood sugar. Insulin causes the body to store excess glucose as fat. Practically no one gets fat from eating fat and cholesterol in food does not end up as cholesterol in the blood. The health epidemic in the US from these foods can be solved by a LCHF diet. No one is relying on doctors because their advice from the last 50 years has made them sick. You will never convince the LCHF eaters that their diet is bad for them after there health has become better than it has been all their lives. You can refer to all the studies you want. Generally they have cause and effect backwards.
