I’m very familiar with that struggle. Indeed, building the tech is usually the easy part but I think we can sell tech better by not making it seem so technical and simply selling the “relief” from the pain we’re solving and not necessarily positioning it as tech.

For some strange reason, a lot of customers may fear tech that they think is too complicated.
