Within the Wizarre game, our Land NFTs are extremely valuable assets that have plenty of different use cases. All Lands have a single portal and are limited, with only a fixed amount of them existing in the game that are up for grabs.
Lands come in the form of different types, which are either Normal/Common, Rare, or Epic. These types are unique and distinguish their worth, with the most valuable (Rare and Epic) providing more power to Wizards.

Ritual of Summoning
The “Ritual of Summoning” is where you’re essentially able to create or breed new Wizards — it’s a fundamental part of the game that lets you expand your team of Wizards so you can earn more rewards and engage in battles against other players.
In order to properly summon, you’ll need to start with having 2 Wizards and some $SCRL at your disposal. Having Land is the missing piece of the puzzle — you’ll need to also utilize it with your other assets to complete the summoning.
It’s important to note that once you use a Land for summoning, there will be a predetermined amount of time where you’re not able to use it to summon again until the time limit has expired — this is considered the ‘cooldown’ period for Lands.
The good news is that we’ll be incorporating a feature where users can stake their $SCRL tokens on their respective Lands, thereby reducing the cooldown period and increasing the efficiency of their Lands.
Land Renting
Want to earn some passive income while you continue to play the game? Then acquiring Lands is the perfect way to do so!
You can essentially become your own landlord and rent your Lands out to other players within the game — in return, you’ll earn lucrative rewards. All renting is facilitated and coordinated through the marketplace, where you’re given full control of who to transact with.
Trading
If you want to purchase new lands or sell the ones you already have, look no further! We’ll be creating a magical online marketplace within the Wizarre game where you can trade your Lands (and other assets) however you choose.
The best part is that trading and swapping will be as efficient and fast as possible, thanks to our platform running on Binance Smart Chain (BSC). Land NFTs come in the form of BEP-721 tokens, so transactions are extremely cheap and quick.
Each piece of Land is stored within your web wallet, where you can facilitate transactions as needed.
Land Sales
Interested in purchasing Lands from the get-go? There will be several periods throughout 2022 where we’ll be initiating Land Sales, allowing users to begin purchasing Lands for the very first time.
In order to participate and receive entry into these sales, you’ll need to stake a specific amount of $SCRL tokens (more information to come). Once we’ve received all entrants, we’ll conduct a random lottery where the selected winners will be able to purchase their own Land.
More sales will take place afterward and will be announced in the future!
