I liked the originality of using something that is common in your everyday culture at home to add into your cookies! I think dumplings is genius, and really stands out from the rest.

With that said, I wish that they have a bit softer of texture, or had a bit more sweetness to them. If that would help by adding in more mango or if it would be helpful in adding more milk, I think that would improve the taste. I really liked the mango taste, but unfortunately had a difficult time chewing the dumpling part since it was so dry!

What if instead of using all butter, if you used a milk of some sort, whether it be regular milk or almond milk for something different? I think anything to just add a bit more sweetness to the dough would help your cookie stand out!
