Makes sense! In my current workplace, coworkers are complaining about the seemingly incompetent and untrained administration. Disorganization and poor change management are scraping away at whatever is left of the “team” mentality. As a result, a lot of my peers have left and others are speaking of doing the same. Now we’re understaffed, which just worsens the situation tremendously. At any rate, you’re right. Unskilled management evaporates HPEs through attrition.
