I think the difference in our points of view is that you’ve probably seen more national votes, elections, etc. than I have. The last “big vote” I was around for (American or otherwise) was in 2012, when I was only 12 years old. So I don’t remember and didn’t pay attention to any of the “loser speeches” back then. So is it typical for the loser to give a sweet, nice, don’t forget me speech? Sure, I agree with you. But I think Cameron stands out in the fact that he seems very willing to remain onboard, continuing to help his nation, despite the fact that the vote didn’t go his way. Perhaps I’m just being naive about this though.
Side Note: I can’t help but notice your bio states you are an “astronaut trainer”. I have dreams of going to Mars when I’m older. Are there any resources you can recommend for achieving that? Thanks again :)
