I’m not a software engineer. However, complaining about not fitting into a pot of Gold is not the best solution. One of the hardest things for humans to do is realize and accept their weaknesses. Adaptation and change most of us fear and close ourselves from exploring new things – not everyone but many. We’re quick to blame others for our failure, being unhappy at work or life. When it’s just us, not learning, not changing, not trying. Be curious, don’t live like you know everything because you know something, learn more, try more. Take time to reevaluate yourself, your shortcomings, things you CAN improve on and move forward. Knowing everything or being perfect at something isn’t our goal – our goal is to learn, improve, and evolve.
