Cis means that you identify with the gender you were assigned at birth, it has nothing to do with your sexuality (which is what heterosexual is). So you are actually cisgendered and heterosexual. These terms aren’t “NEW” — they just haven’t been commonly used because people outside of the main privileged groups haven’t had a visible platform until recently.
