Awesome — I was having issues with my neck every time I did straight bar dips. I couldn’t quite figure out the root cause, and eventually came to the conclusion that it was just the culmination of my long football career. Anyway, I watched all of these videos and implemented the routine (especially the lat and upper back work in vid 1) before each of my training sessions and have not had a neck issue since. Thanks!
