I definitely had “the talk” with my two sons. It’s ironic that I never thought to have the talk with my oldest child..my daughter. Now a professional that lives in Chicago, she has a great career, new ride, crazy crib…basically…well educate successful young black female highly at risk from all of the elements Chitown can offer. I can only imagine her getting stopped because she is rolling with tinted windows and knows how to articulate racial profiling. Police are snatching up our daughters too. Daddy’s must rethink “the talk” and include our daughters in the conversation…her life may depend on it!
