Hey!
Here we are at another week of the University of Minnesota Twin Cities! This week was honestly a very uneventful week for me. My workload has thankfully been very light this week and I am definitely appreciative of that. I am still sleeping very well. I have already completed one of my courses, Medical Terminology. It was an online course that required lots of memorization but I completed it with an A which I am very proud of. The final is also an optional final which I am extremely happy with. That is one less final to worry about! I remember going to my advisor the day before classes started in a state of desperation when I had decided to drop another course and needed another to replace it. She gave me information on this course and I am very glad it all worked out in the end. Calculus has also been going smoothly, luckily. I am very pleased with the continued success I am having with this class. Despite that, I was very disappointed in what I thought was an excellent midterm score ended up being not as outstanding as I thought it would be. I ended up scoring just within the top twenty percent of my Calculus I course class. While this is still a good score I did allow myself to get a little bit too excited over it. It is going to be okay though, I am just going to continue to work hard and maintain a good grade in the class. My introduction to theatre class is going very well. A few weeks ago I mentioned working on a paper regarding the racial politics of the body of Serena Williams and last week I decided to share with you all the finished product. I also mentioned that a few papers from each play would be selected and we would each be assigned to one of them and would work to turn it into a piece of theatre. Today I am happy to share with you all that my paper on Serena Williams got chosen. I am very excited to see my ideas come to life and I plan on updating you all as the project continues on!

Overall this has been a very good week for me here at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and I can not wait to see what the future brings me. And I am definitely looking forward to break! I get to go home on Tuesday and I am so very excited! I am going to eat so much food and I am so excited that I have a home cooked meal to look forward to! I can not wait to see all of my family and I will be very happy!
