  1. violent protests are not the same as protests. The former is a specific subset of the latter. If you want to protest the Clinton win have fun. But there’s zero call or justification for violence.
  2. What’s the difference? Who died? BLM protested because people were dying not in the greater ephemeral sense but literal deaths happening one after another each one getting dismissed as “a highly specific set of circumstances”

When Trump supporters have a list of names of people who have not gotten justice for being killed then we can talk about “violent protests” against the Trump loss.
