This is a great article, really glad to have an example of ways to achieve inclusivity in a field which has become very exclusive and exclusionary to women professionally. There are also helpful suggestions which can be applied across a variety of tech spheres, such as sonic technology which in recent years has seen a dramatic decrease in women participating.
