We are proud to present Women Who Keynote.

Women Who Keynote is a platform designed for women* to promote themselves for speaking opportunities.

Our platform is designed to showcase speakers of all experience levels and across all industries. If you have something to say, you are a potential keynote speaker.

Our Mission

Denying women opportunities to present at professional conferences and events prevents them from gaining visibility and deprives their colleagues of their valuable perspectives. Failure to listen to the voices of female experts contributes to the continued gender diversity problems experienced in many industries.

The mission of Women Who Keynote is to contribute to the elimination of all-male panels and help improve the visibility of women in male-dominated industries. Our platform is intended to hold event organisers to account and encourage greater diversity in their speaker lineups.

For us, this mission encompasses all underrepresented genders.

* Note

Women Who Keynote is designed for all underrepresented genders. Our use of the term ‘women’ encompasses all women, including transgender women and cis women. ‘Gender non-binary’ encompasses people who are genderqueer and gender non-conforming.

Being non-consensually positioned in the category of ‘women’ could be regarded as the implicit misgendering of a non-binary person or a trans man or those belonging to other minority genders. Women Who Keynote promotes speakers who are gender non-binary or trans men only in the case where the speaker has consented to this by joining our platform.
