What is AI Healing or AI Art Therapy?

AI Healing (also known as AI Art Therapy) is the act of collaborating with AI to create artwork with therapeutic intent. Art is known as a powerful tool for healing — there is catharsis in creation and expression. Traditional Art Therapy uses creative process and applied psychological theory to heal and create psychotherapeutic benefits. The act of creation allows us to tap into deeper feelings, channel those feelings, express, and share. The same fundamental components are possible through a collaborative process with AI. Your thoughts and feelings are channeled through the AI’s “paintbrush” and you co-create artwork together.

How does AI Healing work?

It starts with a thought, a feeling, or a phrase. The images below were generated using the phrase “Never alone with you ink drawing”. The initial images created will be raw and imperfect. That's ok. You may need to create many rounds of variations to be satisfied — that’s a part of the experience.
