nothing at all about the difference in class sizes, which is critical for any learning. i taught in oregon, where class size was among the largest in the country. spending billions on construction sucked resources out of the classroom, making teachers nothing more than cowboys riding herd. i have a feeling that finland doesn’t allow schools to become money troughs for contractors and bond salesmen…..
