Lovely and powerful analogy. I’m interested to see, over time, whether the successive generations to the opportunistic “grasses” are diverse enough and plentiful enough to take hold, take root, and thrive in a new economy.

I’d like to hear more about the energy equilibrium part of the analogy. I’m assuming this is more than ‘trickle down’ and would love to hear what it represents.
