Working Chairs & Interiors — A Brief History
Working Chairs & Interiors Ltd was started back in the early 90’s as a local shop from which local businesses could purchase their office chairs. It quickly grew into more than this and started supplying many local and national businesses with their office furniture needs. With the growth of e-commerce there was a need for the business to move forward and this created two websites — Working Chairs (which was the online arm of the original chair business) and Top Office Furniture (A website which sold predominantly office furniture but also catered for home office furniture, educational based furniture and more).
In 2014 the original owners of Working Chairs decided to call it a day and retire and passed on the business to it new owners. It was decided that the two websites would be combined into one so that it would be easier for our customers to find everything in one place and the single website was designed completely from scratch. This is the website which is currently being used.
We now have a dedicated team of staff who specialise in everything from Sales through to Web Design to provide our customers with the best service alongside the cheapest pricing and to ensure that our website is running smoothly at all times. My role is to progress everything and ensure that there are processes in place to make sure that our plans are achieved and that the business grows.
