We always think we need to be rich or grow old to give back. But thats a myth.
I started giving back when I was 35. By then I was a computer science engineer and an MBA. Above all, I had spent 10 yrs in strategy consulting roles where I was helping companies set up and excel.
And thats when I realised that this is more than enough to help a young adult like I was to help navigate the early days of her career.
So, if you feel like you have gained enough experience which could help a younger version of yourself:
Remember that you don’t need to wait till you are rich to give back to the community.
