World Tennis League
In the captivating new layout, 18 of the world’s best male and female players will be tightened into four teams. Two teams will be awarded 5 players and Two teams will have 4 players each.
Across the six-day contest, the teams will face each other in round robin competition.
The occasion will be placed at the 17,000 capacity Coca-Cola Arena on the CityWalk in Dubai in the UAE.
18 players will designate the Falcons, the Hawks, the Kites, and the Eagles in this inaugural event of the World Tennis League.
“The World Tennis League will be an occasion like no other. It brings a unique and engaging new format to the game of tennis, offering a spectacular mix of sport and entertainment together. We can’t wait to welcome fans from around the globe for this momentous event that hails a new era for tennis,” said Rajesh Banga (Chairman of the World Tennis League).

“I like it most when tennis connects people and when it’s true entertainment. When it’s combined with a great show and music, it’s even better, so that’s the reason why I’m excited to join this year’s World Tennis League. I’m happy that together with other top players we’ll introduce tennis as fun to new audiences. I can’t wait!” said Iga Swiatek.
After getting involved in this event “I love playing in Dubai, I’ve had a lot of success there over the years and enjoy the fans. This is something different, and it’s going to be great being a part of it,” said Novak Djokovic.
WTA World №1 Iga Swiatek and Novak Djokovic are two of the other big names who will be competing in the inaugural World Tennis League.
The contest will also see the likes of Anett Kontaveit, Aryna Sabalenka, Grigor Dimitrov, Elena Rybakina, Alexander Zverev, Holger Rune, and Felix-Auger Aliassime in step.
