Open Road

Artist: Stephanie Schlatter

My mind is a sea and fantasies are swimming. Fears have migrated elsewhere for the summer. Who knows how long this season will be. I play with time like putty in my hands, pulling to stretch the seconds as our lips touch. Sadly I am slow to master the art of making time apart from you move faster.

This is accelerating. I am an open road for you. Surrounding you in vast landscapes and kissing you with warm winds. Making you feel free even as I swallow your heart whole. Showered in the moon’s glow you shine like silver. Your skin is the flavor of gold and every taste of you is treasured.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
