I sadly fall into this category of user all too often. There’s a TON of work that goes into products (web/app/whatever) that’s never really appreciated, all that matters to a user is if it works or not. Definitely one of the biggest hurdles with scaling ala PokemonGO: nobody cared what “server issues” actually existed, all that matters was that it didn’t work.
