Through the years Pro Wrestling has been around in pop culture there is one culture it has affected…Hip-Hop. After a recent song release by rap trio Migos entitled “To Hotty” named after a member of the tag team Too Cool. Here is a list of the Wrestling Spew’s favourite song references and events in the hip hop culture that has been affect by the world of Pro Wrestling in no specific order:

“50 shades of grey, beat that p**** like Hulk Hogan”

Wrestling Spew: All I could imagine here is Hogan sitting in his million dollar mansion reading 50 Shades of Grey when his cat comes up for some love and Hogan just smacks it away because he loves the book so much. “GET OUTTA HERE BROTHER!”

“Scotty 2 Hotty
Done put the lil’ b**** on the molly, she f***ed everybody (2 Hotty)”

Wrestling Spew: I don’t know if Scotty 2 Hotty is linked to giving girls drugs and then talking about her having sex with everyone. I just know that he’s probably happy his name is mentioned instead of Rikishi and Grandmaster sexy. Any man who does the worm deserves a weird rap song.

“Hit you with the dropkick, Marty Jannetty
Know I hit you with the dropkick, Marty Jannetty”

Wrestling Spew: Bronson and Khalifa link up to be the hip hop version of The Rockers. I doubt Wiz would be able to throw Action Bronson’s big body through a barber shop window, so I’ll go with Khalifa being the Janetty in this situation.

“I’m CM Punk with that mic y’all, She go to sleep cause my pipe bomb”

Wrestling Spew: This whole song is riddled with Wrestling references from Hip-Hop’s biggest wrestling fan Wale. Only he can pull off wearing a WWF winged eagle world title wherever he goes and not seem crazy like he’s Virgil.

“WOOO”

Wrestling Spew: Every rapper strives for what Ric Flair claims to have money, cars and a lot of woman, Pusha T uses Ric Flairs infamous “WOOO” in all of his songs. Who wouldn’t want to be the The Stylin’, profilin’, limousine riding, jet flying, kiss-stealing, wheelin’ n’ dealin’ son of a gun! Who also has been divorced more times than bowel movements I make in a day.

“My fo-fo piece talking, sound oh so sweet talking/Do mo’, mo’ street talking, then Stone Cold Steve Austin”

Wrestling Spew: If Stone Cold was street talking I believe it would just be mumbles, no words would be formed except if it was cussing. All those beers would have to do something to his speech. Or he would just be that weird uncle who tries to cheers to everything going on around him at a Barbeque.

“My president is black, rose golden charms/22-inch rims like Hulk Hogan’s arms”

Wrestling Spew: I am surprised Hogan didn’t talk about this in his sex tape.

Wrestling Spew: Props to MGK for taking this powerbomb. I could only imagine that KO didn’t know who the hell he is and just wanted to powerbomb a white rapper though.

Entire song which is a theme song for the great one

Wrestling Spew: An iconic rapper and an iconic WWE Superstar collide. Not much more to say then this is freakin …awesome. AHH you thought I was going to say Seth freakin Rollins… well that would make no sense unless I found a way to put it in there…
