I like the bit about being careful where we place our feet. So true is all aspects of life, but while we are following what feels right, we can’t look at the ground without taking our eye off the ball, so to speak.

Hence if anyone is like me, finding where I have plonked my size 10’s is often too late before I’ve realised it.

I just hope this long and winding learning curve doesn’t end up with me a trembling wreck at the bottom of those stairs. Shoot me while I’m still at the top!
