For the past few days I’ve been listening to this song from क़समें वादे (Kasme Vaade) on loop. It’s a beautiful song, and how can it go wrong when you have RD Burman’s music, and the combined forces of Kishoreda, his son Amit Kumar and Asha Bhonsle?

It has lovely lyrics and a lilting beat.

As a lover of old Bollywood music, this song always transports me to a happy place. And it doesn’t matter at what time of the day you listen to it – you’ll always feel the sun beating down on your face the moment this song starts.

Music always brings out the positivity in me. Onward we march to another day!
