I usually don’t talk about film TRAILERS, but I have to today. Using the right music for a trailer makes ALL the difference.

And today, one of my favourite songs has been used for the trailer of LOGAN.

The last film featuring Hugh Jackman as Wolverine – I’m sure Divya is sad to see him go – has put up a trailer that beat Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, just by using Johnny Cash’s cover of Hurt. Yes. You heard that right. Wolverine movies have had a chequered past, like the character himself. We might get to see the definitive Wolverine movie after all.

The storyline they’re following from the comics is Old Man Logan.

Wolverine’s losing his healing powers. All the mutants are gone. All he’s left with is an Alzheimer’s-ridden Prof. X and, what could possibly be his ‘daughter’ – Weapon X23. THE HYPE TRAIN HAS GONE OFF THE RAILS!
