I tried to meditate for just 2 minutes on the bus today and it was great. 10 minutes in this context (according to the article)was a lot but I appreciated sinking into the short meditation. I became calm, relaxed and even aware of a girl’s fragrant body spray that reminded me of something my sis used to wear back in high school. I was very relaxed and appreciated this article because it got me thinking about getting back to meditation and rootedness again.
