This is hilarious. Like really, really funny. I didn’t think anything could be so devoid of thought or intellect until I read this. So I assume it’s a piece for The Onion or maybe a try out for the Daily Show. But what makes humor really funny though is that it’s based on truth not…well, I have no idea what this piece of words strung together incoherently is based upon.
Did you forget to mention that Nate’s sexual assault accuser was white?
So that kind of negates the whole “We hate him because of his white wife!” Mantra. But whatever. I mean you didn’t right this for truth. Nor for the love of black men. In fact, I have NO IDEA why you’re writing this piece.
$7 million in an opening weekend for a $10 million film isn’t a flop so much as it is a slow burn.
Also, it could be that Parker’s historically inaccurate movie just isn’t that good. Which is why folk aren’t running out to see it.

And not to mention Parker’s just obscenely asshatedness. I mean humility is not strong with this one. Whether he was guilty or not his extreme insensitivity to the subject told me he has some serious issues with women that don’t seem to have gotten better since he was age 17.

Black feminism is not the enemy here. Self-hatred is. Let’s move on from that. Call a spade a spade, pun intended. The movie just isn’t that good.
