aha, my friend, but that is implying that the goal was to be ‘right’ instead of to learn. in true lean fashion, you do ‘discovery driven planning’, and you work off of hypotheses that let you spiral in to ‘fit’. also allows your team / product / service to keep evolving to match shifts in the cultural / technical / economic landscape.
