Women in Blockchain are making strides and have come a long way since the times when (in 2013) only 4% of the total Bitcoin users were females. While things have improved, there’s an inherent gender disparity in women’s representation in the tech industry. As per a report, only 11% of the managerial positions in Silicon Valley are held by women executives.
