“God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to
change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.”
~ Reinhold Niebuhr

In the famous Serenity Prayer we ask for serenity, courage and wisdom. And if understood correctly, without wisdom neither of the other two is fully attainable. Because wisdom is the revealer — the distinguisher — and we ask for it so that our lives can be smooth and peaceful.

In our pasts, some of us have excelled at making big deals about small things. But as we live in the light of Love and transformation, we seek wisdom to know what requires our time and attention and what can be graciously left alone. Whenever we seek wisdom, we receive the patience and capability we need to overlook small wrongs.

This is the smooth path wisdom reveals. It does require humility and courage. Good thing you already possess those too!
