What I find interesting and exciting is the 37% of the population that are “No way, no how” is not set in stone at that level. When good facilities are put in place, the myriad of pros for bike transport sway many into a new group of “I do this solely because it makes sense for moving around my dense livable city, even though I don’t consider myself a cyclist.” This is already apparent from the variation in that group and the prominence of cycling as basic transport in many cities around the world.
