提到台灣的廚師界的代表,大概很少人會有辦法直接說出江振誠(Andre)的名字,就連我也只是「有聽過」而已。不過,剛好因為辦公室有這本書,也讓我有機會可以好好來了解這一位米其林名廚。

從小不愛讀書的他,因為媽媽的從小栽培,因此培養出了對食物絕佳的敏感度。小時候的零用錢,當同學選擇拿去打電動或買零食時,他不是,他跑去買了許多餐飲的外國書籍,培養自己對料理的知識,並且不斷與世界接軌。就讀淡水商工餐飲科的時候,還利用自己的課餘時間去法式餐廳打工,如此積極…
