This really resonates with me as I find most motivational speakers/writers spin half baked truth and universal anecdotes that doesn’t apply to every situation.

There is always a confidence that comes with doing, with creating, with adding value to a system. Evn though there is no feedback from outside, when gets a confidence boost because you can do it again next time.
