You’re completely right. Medium’s bias isn’t just disappointing and annoying, it’s blatantly obvious. I have written several good political pieces that I wrote mostly because I want those who think differently to consider my position, but do those get any attention?

No, and before anyone brings it up, I know I’m a good writer and that my writing is worthy of someone’s time.

I’m sure if I wrote an article about Black Lives Matter, or an article about how I’m an angry liberal who hates everyone and everything America stands for, I’d get plenty of clicks. It’s bullshit, plain and simple.

We can add Medium to the ever-growing list of news sources that champions the political left-wing whilst virtually ignoring anything right-of-center.
