That’s a very good question. Answer is: not really.

The Hwasong-6 has a range of about 300–310 miles. However, distance from the closest point on the Yemeni border and Mecca is 340 miles.

Plus, available info is indicative of all three Burkan-1s being fired from well inside Yemen, which is stretching the range even further.
