Why I Ditched the Business Card (And Why You Should, Too)

Business cards are a part of culture such as in Japan where everyone carries a business card always. As soon as you meet someone and exchange greetings you offer them your business card and take theirs, look at it and put it in your card wallet.

The new business cards made by stationary printer moo.com do have NFC built into the paper card so you can transfer your info to another’s phone so maybe you don’t need to give out so many cards anymore.

The tradition is far from going out of style although I agree that it’s too much waste of paper in the grand scheme of things.
