Slowing down your morning is key to achieving balance throughout your day!
I don’t understand people that rush through the first hour of being awake each day, no one rushes through the last hour before sleep so why the first?
If you need more time then wake you earlier in the day and sleep earlier at night, take your time in the morning and the rest of the day will follow.
A morning routine is only important if you do it agreeably, not as fast as you can.
Now start waking up earlier and slowing down for success!
