Kelvia

Hours pass as Kelvia is just laying in the field that bore flowing flowers and wild magical mushrooms, all mixed in with the tall grass of the Hinterlands. Seredine is the Kaldorei Ruins that circled a Great Tree, one of many, one that hasn’t been corrupted. Protectors of Nature cared for this part of the land; dancing Dryads and the Druids of the Branch surrounded this area. Making sure that the lands stay in balance.

The Druidess that kept watch over the sleeping Kelvia, didn’t seem to leave her side, making sure that the Dreams stayed calm and soothing. With a glowing hand that is pressed against the Quel’dorei’s forehead, the deep blue haired Kaldorei sighed lightly while her hand finally pulled away from Kelvia. Allowing her to wake.

“You’ve done well, young one.” The Kaldorei druidess spoke in her motherly tone as Kelvia stirred. “What happened?” Kelvia murmured as her eyes slowly opened while they got used to the natural sunlight that poured through the trees.

“You’ve awakened your connection to Nature, unsure how.. but that’s something we can figure out.” The Kaldorei spoke once more, helping Kelvia up so she could sit comfortably in the grass.

“Who are you?” Kelvia asked..

“My apologies, my name is Alynra, Druidess of the Branch.” Alynra bowed her head respectfully, “I saw you walk along the forest before you just collasped. I brought you here to do some healing.. only to find that your mind drifted off to a dreamlike state.”

Kelvia stared at the taller woman, though she didn’t feel threatened or uncomfortable, just confused. A hand rose to place on her head with a soft sigh, unsure what to really say in this moment or what to ask..

“I can see you are struggling with acceptance, is this something you didn’t have any intend of doing?” Alynra asked with a slight tilt of her head as she twirled her hand as nature magic expelled from her as a flowery vine erupted from the ground to arch over the two. The pink and blue buds shook before they bloomed into beautiful flowers. Kelvia looked up to the arched vine as some sort of green sparkling dust fell onto her.

“There, that should help you some. The more your body and mind are relaxed the easier it is to think and process things.” The druidess nodded with a smile.

Kelvia lowly huffed as she rested her weight on her palms while she sat. Her gaze lowered as she allows everything that has happened over the course of hours to process and race through her mind. Finally she accepted her fate for now before standing up, with the druidess following behind.

“Listen, why don’t you head back to where you can sit alone and think over things and really understand your connection. Meet me here in a few days time, Kelvia.” Alynra nodded before she shifted into a deer and walked off into the forest.

Standing within the ruins of Seredine, Kelvia looked up to the Great Tree taking in it’s giant beauty before she turned on heel to head back to her forest home to wait the return of her beloved. Questioning if this is something she should discuss with him or if it’s something he’d understand.
