Terumi Okano, thank you for sharing such a wonderful piece. I love how you told your story and then focused on how to share what you learned with us. As I was reading your words, I kept thinking about vulnerability which you did not mention. How do you see vulnerability guiding us to become truly and deeply mentally strong? You referenced therapy and sharing our feelings with others as two approaches one can use to stop hiding from the pain. Did you find one versus the other help you more to be where you are today? Or do they rather complement each other? Thank you again for being vulnerable and generous.
