Verisimilitude, not truth

Most Americans aren’t exactly engaged in a love affair with their ISPs, and they are easy prey to conspiracy theories painting ISPs as dastardly villains.

Readers should make no mistake, however: “Jammed” is a religious text, not an objective factual or logical analysis. Ms. Crawford contorts both facts and logic to fit her pre-conceived perceptions of the world. The simple reality is that the objective facts do not support her claims. And though you would never guess it from her post, even the OECD report she cites actually rejects her conception of these kinds of disputes, as well as her aggressive policy prescriptions.
