He has pointed out that the Dems have made open announcements of their exact movements in military situations. For example, making open declarations that you will pull out of a certain country on a certain date. Or telling exactly how many troops you are sending to a certain area and when.

If you have even a basic understanding of military ops or history, you will see the UTTER STUPIDITY in doing such a thing. You must conduct military strategy as if you are playing poker: you need to keep your moves hidden and use the element of surprise. Even a teenager who reads up on WW2 will know this.
