We are better to defeat this prejudice that we are a litigious society.

I won’t say ‘thank God’ for lawyers, but thanks for them. Lawyers are a necessary profession. They are underutilized and misused because of inequality. Small claims court saves lives. I wish there could be some kind of small claims court for discrimination. Equality can be built, or realized from the ground up, so to speak, but we really must shake off this prejudice that civil torts do not belong in civil courts.
